OMG! This book is like the best book I've ever read. Leaving a cliff hanger at the end, the first book of the Warrior cats series, Into the Wild is a story all about a cat named Rusty who later joins a clan of wild cats called Thunder Clan. They dive into battle with other clans named Wind Clan, River Clan and Shadow Clan. In this book shadow clan gets taken over by a bloodthirsty leader named Broken Star. As you start the clan as a kitten you will have a name ending in kit then you become an apprentice and swap kit for paw and when eventually you become a warrior you get a proper name at the end of your first name. If you become leader of the clan your name will end in star. If you want to read this series I would recommend reading the ultimate guide first. There's lots of secrets from the past to unravel in warrior cats!

Brilliant book, I would easily rate 10 if allowed. Fantastic storyline and detailed characters and settings. I would recommend this for ages 8 and up as there is some battle scenes involving death. Written by a 10 year old.
