I liked how Paco threw the enemy soldier up in the air. It's quite sad because Abuelo's mother and father die in the war but luckily Maria his sister survived.

It was really good and and when the author went to another country it was a really good idea to make this story!

I thought that the book was really interesting and it was a page turner for me. My favorite part was when when p Paco the bull was scaring all of the mean soldiers that was trying to take over and kill everyone in Sauceda because I thought of it being a great thing. It is fiction and my favourite person was Paco because he had saved everyone and their families. I would definitely recommend it

It is a sad story because the parents die at the beginning. I liked it when the bull scared off the enemy soldiers with his shadow. I would recommend it to a friend.

A gripping front cover that is nothing compared to the thrilling story inside.

This was an interesting story about the friendship between a boy and bull in the lead up to the Spanish Civil War. I liked the bond between Antonito and Paco (the bull) and how Antonito goes to great lengths to save Paco.

Some people would really enjoy this book but some people would find it a little dark and dull. Unfortunately, it wasn't for me. However, my favourite character was Antonito as he is a very inquisitive and curious boy that likes to ask a lot of questions. I also liked how he always looked after Paco(the baby cow) and cared for him as the cows mother had died. I know this would be the perfect book for some people however i am not in that circle.

This book is good for younger readers. It was a bit easy to read but the story line was a little sad and adventurous.
