Holly and the Land of Sweets

I thought that this fiction book was brilliant! It was very good, so much so that I couldn't stop reading it till I got to the end! There were a few suspense moments, which really made you think, "What's going to happen next?" I felt very happy whilst reading this book. My favourite characters were Holly, Chloe and the White Cat. I'd certainly recommend this to you all who like ballet!

I thought this book was wonderful book! I'm not that much of a fan of ballet, but this book made it, well, what can I say? fun! I felt like I wanted to dance after reading such an enlightening and enchanting story, I felt like I wanted to dance! I liked Holly the best because she had pluck (courage!). Written by professional and imaginative dancer, Darcey Bussel, this book would be perfect for all of you who are seeking for an enlightening and enchanting story to lead you into the world of dance.

This book was good, I'm not, like, a big, big fan of ballet but Darcey Bussel really brings the fun into it!(By the way, you can learn a ballet step at the end of each book!) My favourite character is Holly, a brave, kind little girl. I'd recommend this to all fans of ballet, especially starters for ballet!

I loved this magical book about ballet and even though it was short, I really enjoyed it. I think Holly is an amazing character.

I recommend this book because I liked it when all of the people who lived in the land of sweets had muddled up all of their magical dancing because the wicked fairy trapped the sugar plum fairy to try to teach the wicked fairy to dance. My favourite character was the Sugar Plum Fairy.

It was a bit sad at the start when holly's mum says that she is moving away and not seeing Chloe again but it gets more cheerful
