This was bought for me when I was little and although it's a bit young for me with the types of facts now, I love the pictures

This is a lovely book. I really liked the Spring stuff and also the recipe for blackberry crumble - which mummy is going to help me make with blackberries from our garden. I would recommend this to my friends, it really is a lovely book all about nature.

I thought the book was amazing, it is full of poems and beautiful art work.As I was reading the book I thought that it was extraordinary, not the fact it was a large book by itself, but that it had pictures, poems and recipes.Recipes such as (how to make a bird feast and how to make compost)poems about (animals) pictures (of what is going on in the poem). The book interested me in many ways, the words they used the way it was set out I just like it all.Yes, I would recommend this book to other people it is wonderful and I think it is suitable for all ages.

I liked this book because it talks about nature and the seasons. I want my friends to read it too. My favourite season was Autumn and I liked the poems about the animals.

I thought this book was beautiful. Factual but with such gorgeous poetry woven throughout too. The illustrations really added to the magic of it too. My favourite poems were Deer in the Dawn and Acorn as I felt they really captured the magic of nature. I would very much recommend this book to others and will share it with classes and teachers I work with.
