Eloise has always loved Joan of Arc. Noble, honest and brave, she was everything Eloise wishes to be. And on a bright sunny day in Orleans, Eloise has a very special daydream… A superb re-imagining of Joan of Arc by master storyteller and author of War Horse.

I didn’t really like the book that much because it was hard to understand and too detailed.

This was a good book to read outside because it was relaxing and calming. It is set in a castle and the knights had to go out to war to defend there country. My favourite character was the sparrow because it set peace in the war. I would recommend this book because it is the true story of the Joan or Arc.

I like this book because it has quite a few twists so you don't know what is going to happen next, this makes an exiting read. Also I really recommend this book to people who like adventure stories.

The book is very interesting. I like reading about history and this book not only teaches you about the time when England was trying to conquer France but is also full of adventures.

I think that the history behind the book is very interesting but I did not find it as engaging as some of his other books.
