Overall I really like the Malory Towers series, but especially this one. I love the part when Darell, Bill and Miss Peters save Mavis and Thunder.

I thought this book was brilliant! There was a girl who went to Malory Towers who had a horse and the horses name was Thunder. The horse got really sick and Darell helped the girl with the horse go to the teacher to get the vet.

I loved this book it is very inspirational. Alison it helps you see what it is like at a boarding school.my favourite character was Bill as she has her own horse and I love horses. This book was fictional and I would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed this book because more characters have been introduced and more stories are happening with the different characters. We have now met Bill and her horse Thunder. The girls are still getting up to mischief but also being good friends to each other

Zerelda the new girl wants to be a actor and be Juilet in the play but everone laughs at her and thing it's a comedy show. Bill the horse-mad tomboy has seven brothers and her horse Thunder has a tummy ache and is close to dying! . Mavis always taking about her future of being a opera singer but loses her voice and now has a croaky voice. So I recommend it.
