I love the characters: Humpy Rumpy the Hippo and Muggle Wump the Monkey. The crocodile played very nasty tricks on the children, but it was funny to read. The drawings were very imaginative and detailed.

Chloe was mesmerised. Chloe liked the crocodile pretending ro be a seesaw in the park. I think she liked it when all the animals came to protect the children from thw crocodile.

My favourite character is the elephant ‘grumpy’. I liked it because he never got to eat any children. I would recommend it to a friend and I wouldn’t because everyone in my year knows it because we learnt about it at school.

A really good story about a naughty crocodile. I liked the way he hid and disguised himself as different things! I would definitely recommend this book!

I liked the story where the crocodile is trying to eat the children but is being stoed by other animals of the jungle. I liked Roly Poly the bird because she is so colorful. I will ask my friend to read it.

This was a humorous book that kept Rosie entertained from start to finish. The naughty crocodiles tricks were exciting. A long book that had to be read over a few sittings however very much enjoyed.

I LOVE this book, I mean it is about a crocodile who wants to eat up children and after a while gets hurtled towards the sun! It is a very bizarre but that is why I love it. I really like the not so big crocodile it is so cute and it doesn't want to eat me :D I would 100% recommend this book to my friends.

It was a funny book while the enormous crocodile tried to trick all the children but the animals always got in the way. The enormous crocodile is greedy and an evil character but in the end got sizzles like a sausage in the hot sun, when he was thrown into space by the elephant. It served him right. I liked this story very much and would recommend others to read
