Two of Diamonds
Anthony Horowitz
Celebrate World Book Day with this GBP 1 World Book Day special edition of two hilarious Diamond Brother’s stories. Tim Diamond is the world’s worst detective – and these two mysteries will test his nerves to the limit. What does strawberry yoghurt possibly have to do with Paris? Why on earth are Tim and his kid brother Nick invited to a remote Scottish island? The answer…murder! These are two infectious Diamond Brother’s stories – ""The Falcon’s Malteser"" and ""The French Confection"" – with a new cover by Tony Ross. ""Horowitz is the perfect writer. His dialogue crackles with hardboiled wit."" (Frank Cottrell Boyce, ""Guardian""). Other Diamond Brother’s books include: ""The Falcon’s Malteser"", ""Public Enemy Number Two"", ""South by South East"" and ""Four of Diamonds"".
Reviews
I liked Nick the best as he made a few jokes and was very funny. I would recommend this book to boys aged 9-13 who like mysteries.
