Rook Barkwater lives in the network of sewer-chambers beneath Undertown, the bustling main city of the Edgeworld. He dreams of becoming a librarian knight – one of those sent out to explore the mysteries of their world. Somewhere out there lie the secrets of the past and, maybe, hope for a future free from the fear of tyranny.

The character that I liked the best was Rook. He was picked as a librarian knight and he set off on a journey with his 2 other friends, Stob and Madga. My favourite part was when he carved his sky craft called the StormHornet. It interested me because it was really weird that Rook was picked because he is not even an under librarian because he is very unpopular. I would recommend this to people who like shocks and adventure.
