Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life: (Middle School 1)
James Patterson
Rafe Khatchadorian is getting the Hollywood treatment in a film version of Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life starring Griffin Gluck, Lauren Graham, Rob Riggle and Thomas Barbusca. Rafe Khatchadorian has enough problems at home without throwing his first year of middle school into the mix. Luckily, he's got an ace plan for the best year ever, if he can pull it off. With his best friend Leonardo the Silent awarding him points, Rafe tries to break every rule in his school's oppressive Code of Conduct. Chewing gum in class - 5,000 points! Running in the hallway - 10,000 points! Pulling the fire alarm - 50,000 points! But when Rafe's game starts to catch up with him, he'll have to decide if winning is all that matters, or if he's finally ready to face the rules, bullies, and truths he's been avoiding.

I loved this book it was amazing how Rafe thought all the school rules where boring and then he decided with his imaginary friend Leo that he should break every rule in school! My favourite character is Rafe because he did a big challenge breaking most of the rules. I would love to recommend this book five stars!

I liked this book as it was about breaking the rules, which I am not allowed to do. Rafe is the main character, he is new to the school and his brother has died recently. I would recommend this book.

I quite like this book because it was really funny and relatable. Everyone faces a bully some time in their lives. I found that Rafe Khatchadorian had a lot of enemies at school and at home especially his little sister Georgia. I have two annoying sisters of my own so I can relate. My favourite character in this book was Jeanne Galleta because she was really nice to Rafe.I would recommend this book to children who like a good laugh.

I thought this book was a very funny, and interesting story. It was about a boy called Rafe Katchadorian who just kept breaking rules, in this book, he broke all the rules in the school code of conduct! This book was fiction, and the character I liked best was Rafe's best friend, Leonardo the silent. I would definitely recommend this book to others as it is a funny, light hearted book.

I thought it was good because I liked how he broke all the rules and because he described his family and teachers as they were monsters.

I absolutely loved this book and thought it was really funny but also sad at the thought of Rafe's brother Leo passing away. I would 100 percent recommend this book.
