Scratch Kitten has just settled into life on a small fishing boat when who should he spot on a neighbouring ship but his own long-lost Paa! To spend time with Paa, Scratch tries to befriend Mrs Captain, the sailor in charge of Paa’s ship. But Mrs Captain has so many Rules and is so obsessed with finding her husband that she has no time for Scratch.
