Izzy isn’t looking forward to spending her school holidays on her aunt and uncle’s farm. But when she finds out that Jessie – a fluffy Old English sheepdog puppy from Battersea Dogs & Cats Home – will be joining them too, her summer suddenly starts looking up.

Jessie the sheepdog is new to the farm with all the other animals & when she is riding a trailer she jumps off & finds a lamb and the girl called her lucky. I liked aunt Katherine the most & I would not recommend it to anyone else.

I love this non-fiction story. I recommend this book to all animal lovers especially to sheep-dog lovers. In this story I like Izzy because she was very caring and loving to Jessie who was a tiny pup.

Even though Izzy wants the dog Jessie she knows she can't. It is good how it shows the way Jessie asapts to the farm.
