The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time is set in England, and presented through the narration of a 15 year old, autistic boy, named Christopher Boone. The story starts, when he finds his neighbours dog, dead in the garden, and decides to go investigate what has happened. Throughout the investigation, his detective work, is often challenged with his autism, but he continues through it. I enjoyed this book, as it is an interesting read, which can be read in short parts at a time.

This book is full of maths and rather told in a 15 year old teenagers point of view. He has Asperger's syndrome and that is a type of autism. He decides to do some detective work to discover the curious dog murder. And throughout the book quite some serious and curious things happen indeed.

Christopher is autistic. He has a variety of strange habits: like hating yellow and brown and being touched. His life carries on as normal until he finds Wellington , the neighbours dog , dead, killed with a fork. Suddenly, he turns detective: and when he solves the mystery , he finds out a shocking piece of information...

It's really good but funny and sad at the same time it's about a boy with a syndrome and he decides to write a book about a dog but it isn't just about the dog it's about his everyday life as well
