Rose is my favrot caricter . It was intresting because it was an adventure boock and it wasmadjical . I vote this boock is one of the best. It was a adventurous story boock and I like adventure boock's .

This book is great but can be ultra-scary at times, so under sevens should probably not read it. If you have read the first book in the series, Rose, it will make more sense when you read this book, the second one. Rose is an orphan, and she works at Mr Fountain's grand but magic house. She is asked by the king to be Princess Jane's maid, but actually a bodyguard in disguise. This is because an attempt to kidnap the nation's fave princess has happened. Also, the people of England suspect that... Actually, I'm probably telling you to much, so I'll stop now!

You should read this book because it is about a former maid who has a talking cat and they go on an amazing adventure and help a lost princess

Rose's life has completely changed and can't the amount. She starts off as a poor orphan and now she has landed herself a job as an apprentice to the king's head sorcourer! But then suddenly everything changes as the country's beloved, beautiful princess vanishes into thin air. The King trusts Rose so he asks her for help. She must find the princess before everything vanishes. This is such a good book.
