The story shows how greed can cause someone to lose what they already have. Even though the dog is the main character, I didn’t like his actions because he was never satisfied. However, I found the story effective because it made the lesson easy to understand. What stood out to me was how quickly the dog’s greed led to consequences. It teaches the importance of being grateful and not wanting more than you need. I would recommend this story to someone else, especially children, because it is short, easy to follow, and teaches an important lesson about contentment and self-control.

This dog was so silly because he thought there was a dog in the water. There was no dog in the water. l like this book. It was easy for me to read. l liked all the pictures and all of the words.

If I was in the book I would be the dogs reflection I just close my eyes and picked any book when I checked it I knew it was my own level and any book is nice. But I only like that book if I have that taste or I like it. Yes I would recommend this book to somebody else if they like dogs or if they like meat or anyone it's basically just to read and have like a good taste of their own books.
