After Luke Watson transforms into a werewolf for the third time, he and his parents are moved by the Government Housing of Unusual Lifeforms (G.H.O.U.L.) to Scream Street – a community of vampires, zombies, witches and more. In Scream Street, Luke and his parents discover a nightmarish world of the undead. Luke soon makes friends with vampire Resus Negative and mummy Cleo Farr, but he remains determined to take his terrified parents home. After liberating the powerful book ""Tales of Scream Street"" from his new landlord, Otto Sneer, Luke learns that the founding fathers of the community each left behind a powerful relic. Collecting together all six is his only hope of opening a doorway out of the street, so with the help of Resus and Cleo he sets out to find the first one, the vampire’s fang. But with Otto Sneer determined to thwart him at every turn, will Luke even get past the first hurdle alive?

I thought this beer was really cool because it was all about werewolves and vampires and mummies and zombies and paranormal stuff. My favourite character is Luke because he can turn into a werewolf. This books is aimed at children aged over 7. It is fun but not too scary.

My favourite part of the book was, how they always seek adventure! I would recommend this book to people who like horror stories. I thought the best character in this addition was Resus because even though he was scared he went ahead and achieved his goal.

it can be a bit spooky at times but otherwise it is a really good book and it is also a tv show on cbbc. it stars luke a werewolf, cleo the mummy and resus the vampire. they are trying to let lukes parents get back home to the normal worl but they need to collect some items such as a vampire fang, witches blood and zombie flesh to get them home. this is the first book so they only get the fang. the reason I did 4 stars not 5 is because I like books that really grab you and make it diificult to put down. this book wasn't one of them.it is more of a 2 or 3 chapters a night sort of book.
