It’s a apple tree farm and Ted works there. He is helping Mr.Bran the truck driver who has brought some sacks of food for the cows. After the truck leaves the farm poppy and sam found the kitten was missing. They searched everywhere but couldn’t find it. But later truck driver, Mr. Bran came to give the kitten back as it accidentally jumped into the truck.

This is a fiction book. Mrs Boot is my favourite character because she is clever. I like it because it had a cat in it. I liked the ending when the cat was found.

The kitten went in the truck and had a day out with Mr Bran. Ted, Poppy and Sam went to find him, they splashed in a stream and the car broke down. Mr Bran had taken the kitten back to the farm. I liked finding the duck on every page.
