This book is about the spoilt Elizabeth Allen, and her time at her new school. There is running away, adventure, and, most importantly, freindship. But will the naughtiest girl ever learn to be good? I would recommend this book for people who believe that we shouldn't have to go to school; this might change their mind. Iliked this book, because I love

I highly recommend this book and all the others that Enid has written. It is very captivating and very very good. One of the best books I have read!

I really enjoyed this books about a girl called Elizabeth Allen who is starting Wheatlyfe boarding school and is finding it tricky to make new friends as she just keeps being too naughty! One day she finds her self comforting a girl in her form called Joan. They soon become the best of friends. Elizabeth Allen finds out that Joans mother does not really care about her daughter, so she decided to make a present adressing it for Joan from her mother, even though it is from elizabeth! Jon soon finds out and becomes ill from all this hustle and bustle and surprisingly Joan's mother turns up one afternoon and apoligises to her daughter. The book is also surronded by many other stories which i have'nt read yet.

I read the second book in this series but didn't think it was as good as the first. She wasn't as naughty!! Will still read the next one in the serries though.

I love the main character Elizabeth Allen in this story by Enid Blyton! A selfish spoilt girl, who is sent away to a boarding school to mend her ways! Quite engaging to read how she tries to be best at being naughty and how it plays out! Very interesting.
