I loved this book because as the mystery unravelled, everything started to become clear. You couldn’t just open the book on a random page and suddenly understand what was happening. You would have to start reading the book from the beginning to understand properly. I think my favourite character was Laura Marlin because even after all that had happened, she was resilient to find her Uncle Calvin. One of the benefits I received from this book was that actually I had learnt a lot of new words like unorthodox, fervently, bespectacled and goateed. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves mystery books.

I found this book so amazing, it was a wonderful adventure, but it was also quite scary. I found Jimmy quite annoying at the start, but then I started to like him.

Just like the first book, this sequel makes you feel as if you’re watching the whole thing for real!
