Jack and Annie are on very thin ice! Morgan Le Fay, the magical librarian sends the children and the treehouse to the Arctic and tells them she’ll send somebody to meet them there. But they’re surrounded by ice and snow and there are huskies and polar bears all around them too – will they freeze to death first?

It was very cute how the polar bear cubs chased and played together. The mother polar bear was so kind - she taught Annie and Jack how to get off the ice and to fly!

My favorite person is the seal hunter because he helped Jack and Annie. My favorite animal is the huskies.l learned that during the summer the ice melts and the sun shines 24 hours a day and that a seal hunter travels by dogsled and that the seal hunter wears sealskin.l rated this book 5 stars.

It was a very good story, though it must have been so cold! I loved the riddles and finding out the end of the mystery of the riddles. I would recommend.

It was a really good book by Mary Pope Osborne about a brother and sister who travel to Arctic! They have a lot of adventures until it's time to go home. I reckommend the book to children 7+ who are starting to read chapter books.
