The seventh book in the series telling the miserable and disastrous lives of Violet, Klaus and Sunny Baudelaire

You have undoubtedly picked up information about these tapes by mistake, so please put it down. Nobody in their right mind would listen to this particular story about the lives of Violet, Klaus and Sunny Baudelaire on purpose, because each dismal moment of their stay in the village of V.F.D. has been faithfully and dreadfully recorded on our audiobook. We can think of no single reason why anyone would want to listen to an audiobook containing such unpleasant matters as migrating crows, an angry mob, a newspaper headline, the arrest of innocent people, the Deluxe Cell, and some very strange hats.

I thought this was an amazing book! Count Olaf was back again trying to steal the Baudelaire and Quagmire orphans fortune. Violet, Klaus and Sunny Baudelaire, were sent to the town of V.F.D, to be looked after by the whole town, not just one guardian! The Baudelaire's found mysterious messages from the Quagmire's, so they knew they must be nearby. Unfortunately the Baudelaire's, couldn't do anything they enjoyed, because of the strict rules that the Council of Elders had in place. Count Olaf, this time, disguised as Detective Dupin, accused the three orphans of murder. Luckily, Violet made an invention, which got them out of prison! The Baudelaire's found the Quagmire's, using the clues that Isadora had sent them. Thankfully, the Quagmire's got away, in Hector's flying mobile home, but the Baudelaire's didn't, and had to get away from the town of V.F.D. My favourite character was Klaus Baudelaire, because he figured out what the couplets meant that Isadora was sending them, using his reading skills. I would definitely recommend this book to someone else!

I really liked this book because it was quite funny, I liked it when Duncan and Isadora went in to the hot air balloon because I knew that they were safe. I liked Duncan Quagmire best because he is a boy like Klaus and he wanted to be a newspaper reporter when he grew up. I would recommend it to people that like to read books about robbers.

I think that this book was unfortunate out of them all because the Orphans were accused for the murder of Count Olaf which was really Jacques Snicket. The person i liked best was Isadora because she was giving out clues to where they were secretly hidden from Count Olaf. I would recommend this book to someone else.

I did not like the bit when the hurricane and the children had to jump to get to the other side of the house, they then had to get to the stairs and run out the house before the hurricane came on to their side of the house.

What I really enjoyed about this book is that the Baudelaire orphans had to solve many problems to save themselves and their friends. It gets harder and harder for them but they still find away to get away from Olaf and Esme. I hope they will be reunited with the two Quagmire triplets again soon. I rate this another 4.

Is this the mysterious VFD that keeps following the Baudelaires or is this another coincidence?
