I like this book because at first the characters weren’t very nice to the rat and then the frog teaches everyone to be nice and kind to the rat. My favourite character was the frog for being really nice to the rat when he had no friends.

It made me feel a little bit not comfy because they were being horrible to the rat. But they all became friends at the end so I liked it.

Pig thinks rats are horrible and dirty, and learns to change his mind. I like it when pig is not careful and his pan goes on fire.

It was a nice book because all the animals helped each other in the end and they will miss the rat now he has gone on his travels.
