A magical story where music truly can transport you!

On her eleventh birthday, music-loving Dahlia is given the key to her late mum’s grand piano. She couldn’t be happier! But when she plays a special tune with her best friend Tommy, a magic portal appears and Tommy is yanked through it.

Dahlia must launch a daring rescue mission, into a world where time has stopped, music is outlawed and Tommy has been arrested by a wicked queen. She’ll need help from new friends, old rebels and possibly a broken drum to sneak in and out of the castle dungeons. But how can she possibly make it home in time for dinner?

About the Magic Piano Series:

Welcome to Sonora. While you’re here: don’t hum, don’t whistle and definitely don’t sing!

In this exciting new portal fantasy, 11-year-old Dahlia Jones is transported to a land where time has stopped and music has been banned by a wicked queen.

With fast-paced adventure and fun illustrations, The Magic Piano is perfect for readers aged 7+, who aren’t quite ready for longer titles like The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster and the Time Keys series by M. G. Leonard.

The only reason I rated this book 1out of 5 is because it was too complicated and there was too much text in a sentence . The only good comment about this book is that it was interesting but also complicated at the same time.If the writer of this book is looking at this review well I’m really sorry but it really is the readers opinion not the author’s choice . So now you know why I rated this book 1 out of 5 . Oh yes , I forgot to tell the author some tips , so first don’t put too much text in a sentence but keep using that ability to make thingsmore interesting for the reader and now my review is done !
