Reviews

This book was funny but I thought it could be funnier. The front cover was a really good design and it got my attention. I would recommend it to friends but it wouldn’t be a book I would want to read over and over again.

Mortimer Keene creates this slime which floods the whole school but then in the end he has to go to hospital because his brain is crazy because he puts slime in his head. I liked this book because it was very very funny

I thought it wasn't very long but it rhymed. I liked Emily Bruce because she tried to block the door so the slime couldn't come in but it came in anyway!

Very good book. My favourite person is a little scientist called mortimer because he invents a lot and i think one day i would like to invent something. I think the book is fiction.

I found this book quite cool because the boy floods the school in slime. I liked the boy cause he made the children go home early from school. I recommend that you should not do what the boy did
Fairy Honeycomb Wheeliebin 14.07.2022

A younger read, short book but I enjoyed the use of green to make the slime theme stand out.
Inspector Jiminy Bobble-hat 25.09.2021

I liked the use of green in the book for the slime but I didn't enjoy this as much because it wasn't very funny.
Professor Stinky Fink 22.09.2021

I thought it was interesting but page writing was short. I have read the attack of the slime. When I looked at the cover I thought it was creative, but now I have read it, I realized that it is not too interesting to read as there are only few words on the pages. Mortimer Keene Yes, for young age group.
Sir Pug Armadillo 09.09.2021

I rate it 5 because it was a chapter book but quite short and I enjoyed it because there's a mystery and the first page makes you think 'oh my gosh'. In the end it tells you who was making the slime. I liked it that it rhymes.
Prince Portobello Scratchings 08.09.2021

I liked the person who made the slime best. I would recommend the book because it was funny and full of rhymes.
