Pure Dead Magic
Debi Gliori
Mum’s attempts to improve her witchcraft skills are failing miserably. Dad has stormed out in a fit of pique. Titus is virtually umbilically attached to his computer. Pandora is seriously bored. And Baby Damp is getting her fat little fingers into everything around.
Reviews

Pure Dead Magic is one of my favourite ever books. My favourite characters are Tarantella and Pandora . I reccommend it to people age 9+

Just the right mix of comedy and horror. There are witches, mythical creatures, vampires, gangsters and problems with technology. First dad leaves and doesn't return, then the baby rats vanish, and then the baby sister goes missing! What's happening? And how can Pandora and Titus do to get everyone back? Recommended for strong readers in year 5/6

This book started of well, then began to lack any traces of excitement and suspense. It felt a bit of a chore to read till the very end of this book. I couldn't wait to finish it!
