Wall of Woe: A Rotten Roman Adventure
Terry Deary, Martin Brown
Emperor Hadrian’s great wall separates two terrifying tribes – the Picts and the Scots. Two Gaul soldiers are given the task of keeping the peace and protecting the wall – on pain of death – but with catapults and a brand new ball game to distract them, can they keep their mind on the job?
Reviews
I expected it to be a nonfiction one, but it was fiction. I would recommend it to people who love history and anything gory.
