I think this is a good book especially as it features a smoking, talking rat called Spike, a invisible cat named Demerara and a ghost of a elephant. My favourite character is either Demerara or Spike. Finally, I would recommend this book to anyone who loves a mystery and a good adventure!

This book was amazing! I loved it because it creates a chocolatey magical world full of lots of adventures. I liked finding out about all the different characters (including the very silly talking cat called Demerara) and the different powers they have. Even the evil Isadore is really interesting and quite funny, and in the end he helps save the day. My favourite character is Lily because she never gives up even though her dyslexia makes some things harder for her. Without Lily’s powers Isadore would not have been able to make his magical chocolate and so she is really important.

My favourite book awaits in my bookcase... It begins with ‘The’, ends with ‘Shop’, and the title rhymes. It’s about twins called Oz and Lily, a ginger cat called Demerara and a dirty rat called Spike. But most importantly, this book of mine is about chocolate - Magic chocolate. Can you guess what my favourite book is? One more tip: I’d recommend this book of mine to people that like chocolate and magic.

I love this book as it is about a chocolate mystery. Three children have to stop an immortal man from making more immortality chocolate. My favourite character is a girl called Lily as she was brave for doing things she didn't like. I would recommend this book.
