It turns out that most of the rotten rulers are actually mad.

I liked Princess Kristiana because she was curious how her father's heart was in the small treasure box floating attached to a piece of string. It interested me because in the book it says that everyone thought she was a boy when she was a baby but actually she was a girl. Her mother wasn't impressed because she wanted a baby boy. I recommend that it to children between 8 and 11 or children at age 8 or 11.
