Readers will delight in discovering where they can find dragons with bad breath and which scientist ate a poisonous snake for dinner. With a fantastic new cover look and extra horrible bits at the back of the book, this best-selling title is sure to be a huge hit with a new generation of Horrible Science readers.

This book is full of scary animal facts. I loved it! My favourite fact was about the hoop snake that turns itself into a ball.

In the jungle, it isn't love and hugs and monkeys playing with lions. Its the complete opposite. Lions biting monkeys and blood everywhere. This book shows that nature is nasty. I'd recommend this to people who like jungles and want to live there so they can understand the dangers.

Growls, howls, and even occasional bow-wows, the World’s Cruellest Creature Competition contains the good, the bad, and the downright terrifying. I love this title, I hope you do too, and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who: a) Loves animals (likely) b) Wants to be the next Will D Beest (highly unlikely) Lions, tigers, bears, wolves, elephants, bison, sharks, crocs, (and humans!) all in one place. And maybe, just maybe, you will never look at animals (and humans) in the same way again. Happy reading!

It interested me and I thought it was a good book because it told me which animal is the deadliest. I would recommend it to a different person who likes factual books.
