i liked lana the best because she was always solving a problem and she learnt valuable things along the adventure. it was a good book up until the last chapter, that was hard to follow! was it a dream or was it not?

It is a fiction book about a 9 year old girl and her brother that get stuck in a story, and the girl, Lana saves a whole group of golden diving bell spiders and stop their queen from destroying a human village. When Lana finds out a riddle she is supposed to rule the rest of the spiders but instead gives the throne to her best spider friend, and saves the human village.

I really enjoyed this book as there were so many twists and turns in each chapter.I loved how life in the hollow tree relates to life outside of it and how everyone she knew was a different mysterious character.I absolutely loved this book and couldn’t stop reading.

I liked the title of this story but it wasn’t as fun reading it as I thought it would be. The book could’ve been a bit more adventurous and exciting. It was ok to read I was just a bit disappointed.
