This book was difficult to start and get into, although once I did, I loved the story.

My favourite character in this enormous and exciting book is Zack because, with his portal lens, he was able to control water from the ocean and rain. He also is trying to save his mother from an evil spirit and looking for his father. He met some new friends during his adventure whose names were Simon and Jason. I recommend this book to people who like fantasy tales about fighting and dragons.
