I recently read "The Ship of Doom" by M.A. Bennett, and I have to say, it's a gripping and atmospheric thriller that kept me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. The book follows the adventures of a group of teenagers who win a place on a luxury cruise ship, only to discover that things are not as they seem. As the ship sails deeper into uncharted waters, the teens are forced to confront their deepest fears and darkest secrets in order to survive. One of the things I loved about "The Ship of Doom" is how well-drawn the characters are. Each of the teenagers is given a distinct personality and backstory, and seeing them interact and grow over the course of the book is both engaging and emotionally resonant. The ship of doom is a brilliant book full of adventure and history . The best part was when Luna Aidan and Konstantin find Luna’s dad. Even though he doesn’t want to come back into the past with them. My favorite character is Luna because she has a really strong character and is always so cautious about her friends. This book is about a group of people called the butterfly club who use a time machine to travel forwards in time to take inventions back to the past so then economy can grow faster. They also want to be awarded the medal from Queen Elizabeth. The ending was a bit annoying because it left it on a cliffhanger for the next book . The mummy’s curse. I can’t wait to read the next books in the series and the next and the next! I really enjoyed this book and recommend it to other people as well!
