Relevant, interesting and unique- one of McKenzie’s best books. I really enjoyed Truth or Dare, and it was a pleasant read after the Girl Missing Series. I honestly enjoyed this book a lot, and I found it very interesting and the storyline was great! It was original, different to the rest of her books, and overall such a good read! It wasn’t really what I was expecting though. The title felt very misleading, and I couldn’t really understand the reverence of the title. I though it’d be more of a murder-mystery, teenagers playing a dangerous game of Truth or Dare, but I found the story interesting nonetheless. 4 stars- very enjoyable.

It was about a 14 year old Maya stay with her gran for a while where she had to work in their family business where she discovers secrets. The person I liked the best was Bear as he was nice and caring. It interest me how Bear and his family are trying to save the ecosystem. I would recommend it to someone as it is about save the ecosystem and full of mystery.
