I think the book is really funny but I think Alexis felt really uncomfortable when her crushes sister Emma was angry with her because she had a crush on him. Emma was also Alexis best friend and she was really sad that her best friend was angry with her. But that doesn't last long! So Alexis sister Dylan was having a birthday party and the Taylor's were invited. Alexis was happy but really scared that Emma might not be really happy with her. Anyway Alexis's goal what's the dance but Matt at Dylan's sweet 16 that's Dylan' s birthday party name. Does sound sounds sweet doesn't it(ha ha ha) when the party began Alexis spotted Emma and the rest of the tailors they she wanted to go and greet them but she remembered the fight with Emma and held back but Emma came running to her crying saying Alexis I'm so sorry I was just you know it was really uncomfortable having my best friend with a crush on my big brother I'm so sorry though. But that wasn't all for Alexis her crush Matt Taylor came to her and said if she wanted a dance with him. Alexis couldn't believe it, she and Matt dance for the whole party.

I like this book because the characters are enthusiastic. My favorite character is Mia because she is hilarious and super kind. I would recommend it to children over 7

I thought it was great. I thought it amazing. I felt embarrassed when Alexis wrote about her crush. I felt happy when she danced with Matt her boyfriend.Yes,I would recommend this.

There was a girl called Alexis Becker, she loves when everything adds up and when she saw her friend's cute brother, suddenly her maths skills don't count as much. I really liked it. I rated it 5 stars and 7+

Alexis, the most organized member of the Cupcake Club. Alexis likes everything to be exact and logical, but she's finding that when it comes to love, there's no more room for logic anymore!

A very realistic scenario that can happen to anyone. Alexis thinks she can do everything no matter what. But when Alexis has been hit by an arrow of love she feels uneasy and she uses her maths brain to study her improvement. However it is near to zero.

I thought this was a good book because Alexis had a secret and she didn't even have to tell her friend Emma because she had already read Alexis's note book about her crush
