This mystery/ adventure book speaks about a boy called Harrison who was a very brainy detective solving the case of missing jewellery from the magpie theft. A very nice story of insight investigations.

I liked Harrison and Lenny because they solved the mystery of who stole Lydia Pickles brooch and the atlas diamond (the expensivest diamond in the world )which the princess wore.I would definitely recommend this book because it was very exciting and I was eager to find out what happened next. If like trains or mystery stories or both then this is a perfect book to read.

The 1st book in the series, Harrison isn't that happy to go on a train adventure with his Uncle Nat. But he doesn't know that trouble is soon going to be brewing up on the tracks, yet.

I love murder mystery books and this was one of the best ones I have read. My favourite character would be Lenny as she had the nerve to board the real train without anyone noticing (except for Hal) but I also like Hal for being bold and saving Lenny without the police spotting him.

When eleven-year-old Harrison Hal Beck is forced to accompany his travel-writer uncle on the last journey of a royal train, he expects a boring trip spent away from video games and children his age. But then Hal spots a girl who should not be on board, and he quickly makes friends with the stowaway, Lenny. Things get even more interesting when the royal prince and princess board for the last leg of the journey--because the princess's diamond necklace is soon stolen and replaced with a fake! Suspicion falls on the one person who isn't supposed to be there: Lenny. It's up to Hal, his keen observation, and his skill as a budding sketch artist to uncover the real jewel thief, clear his friend's name, and return the diamond necklace before The Highland Falcon makes its last stop
