This book was good and funny. My favourite part was when Mitch said that she was making a big wind and that it would knock Win off the dragon. Win was laughing.

I really liked Moss, Mitch, Rose and weirdly Crowky. It was funny and had me at the end of my seat. It ended happily. The description was so good that I felt like I was Rose and Arthur.

With vivid imagery, an entertaining and mysterious plot and loveable characters, The Battle For Roar is certainly a book worth reading. I couldn’t get enough of the settings and some of the hilarious dialogue featured within this marvellous book. I would recommend this novel to readers aged 8 to 12.

I think that this is such an amazing book to end the adventures of roar because they discover the final part of the fantasy world that they created. Also the final battle was so full of energy and unexpected twists that it felt like l was in the book myself! And the fairies: owl twig pebble and ( the evil one) moss we’re so cool.

Arthur and Rose ended up on an island in the middle of the End where the encountered fairies with sharp teeth and magical powers. They had to get back to Roar before the fairies got there so they could set up traps to catch Moss (the leader of the fairies who was a bad character - the others were good). My favourite character is Winninja because he was the funniest and silliest. I would recommend it to children who like magical stories.

The Land of Roar is an imaginary world that Arthur Trout imagined with his sister. All for he characters are imaginary. Things start getting out of hand so they started putting people who were evil on the outside of the land and the evil fairies get in and cause mayhem. My favourite character was probably Win (Arthur’s best ninja friend) because all of his spells aren’t really useful but they are really funny. For example, he can make marshmallows fall out of the sky! I found it really interesting that towards the end of the story, Crowky joins the rest of Roar to try and save each other, even though he started off as an evil crow character. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys fantasy adventure as it includes many magical creatures such as dragons, fairies etc.
