I really liked how it it was set out as a diary. The author must have thought about how not to say in detail what happened in a day, because if you have a diary, you can't do that. You can only remember roughly the last ten minutes! Over all, that's what I really liked about it.

I thought this book was great because it was about a new girl who went to a witch school but she wasn't a witch. There was a Halloween party and she learned to do magic at it and she became popular.

i liked how chapters were the dates of the diary and how the storyline flowed . the illustrations are really interesting and they referenced harry potter books

I liked the magic and my favourite character was Bea. I liked it when she saved the day by using magic even though she had struggled to do any magic before...she did set the classroom on fire too!
