I liked it because it was about a mystery. I also like learning about the Egyptians. I recommend that you should read it. five out of five!

Alex T smith’s books are some of the best children’s books I have ever read I would recommend this book so much. The way he describes the characters makes you feel like your in the story.

I thought it was a good book because Mr. Penguin went on an adventure to Egypt. In Egypt, Mr Penguin went to look for his friend Edith. Mr. Penguin and his friends had to complete 3 tasks to save Edith. Task 1- Mr Penguin had to figure out a puzzle to get out of the room they were stuck in. Task 2- Mr Penguin had to escape a lava room with obstacles like tables to get out. Task 3 -They had to steal a ring and get out fast from the room. I liked Colin the spider because he knows karate and can't speak so he writes on his pad. I would recommend this book to my friends who enjoy adventures.
