The colors are really nice and it also shows that anyone can rule the world, but not being playful. I would recommend it to someone else like an 8 year old because if he wants to rule the world or the prime minister, he would want to know that it is important not to be playful sometimes when you are doing important things.

The book is about myths from other parts of the world telling that cats should rule the world. The book is fiction because the cat who ruled the world could talk. My favourite character is the cat who ruled the world because when he was in charge in the earth he just played. Yes I would recommend it.

I liked how at first the gods whose a cat to rule the world, then they chose humans because the cat didn't do a good job. It was fiction and I liked the gods because they were funny to pick a x as t to rule. He was lazy and didn't rule well.
