A little too easy to read. I liked how the mom let him be a fox in the end

I read this book to by little brother and sister at bedtime. It's their favourite at the minute. They love the pictures and we always shout really loud when he says "I am a fox!"

This is a funny, silly book that made me laugh. A rabbit called Herbert changes himself into a fox because he loved foxes. First he made pointy ears, then painted his body but made a mess on the sofa and carpet. His mum was furious. Then he made a tail from mum's favourite dress which made mum cross. He was allowed out again eventually and got dressed up as a fox again. Mum and sister saw him playing with his fox friends in the park and he said I'm a fox. Mum and Herbert cuddled at the end.

It was a bit strange that the rabbit thought he was a fox.
