I've read another book about malala, so I thought I would love to try another one! Although this book was very interesting, it was still very sad and reminded me and hopefully others what was and in some places still is going on in the world and what some people are going through, especially what malala has been through. It really shows that Malala is a very brave and inspiring person. This non - fiction story is about how an 11 year old girl from Pakistan watches her life change, with cause of the Taliban. It tells us about how Malala has dealt with all of the things that have happened in her country. While going to school one day, she was unexpectedly attacked by the Taliban due to the fact that she spoke out against what was happening, to let people all around the world know about what was happening.

This was a factual book. It was great to learn about Malala and how she stood up for her rights. She is an amazing person and reading this book makes me want to stand up for women’s right to have an education too. It shows you the big difference one voice can make. It is a great book and I would recommend it to other people.
