Reviews

This was a good book, but I felt that compared to the others in this series the characters were not as explained and detailed.

I love the twist ending in this book. You only find out who the kidnapper is on the very last page of the book. This makes makes it a very hard book to put down. My favorite character is Hall's friend because she does magic very well. I recommend this book to everyone who likes mysteries and cliff hangers.
Inspector Carnaby Bumblebee 13.08.2024

I really liked this book as it is the 2 book in a series of 6 books and I was never bored of it and it is always solved by the same detectives Hal and his uncle Nat and Hal always meets a new friend.

This story was harder to crack. We still did it though! It was amazing. It was about this girl who gets kidnapped on a train. There is a gruesome trade about teeth and money but it all turns out OK. I loved this book and would definitely recommend!

Kidnap on the California Comet is a up to standard book which explains what a foolish thing Marine did, hurting her Father by disappearing suddenly and sending her baby teeth but making them think it was her adult teeth. What kind of daughter would do that to their own father? And why those horrendous actions too?
