This is a very emotional book and I loved it. Since Lucas’ mum died his relationship with his dad isn’t very good. And Lucas is dreading the summer drama club that his dad has signed him up for. But when an unhappy wish becomes reality it seems that the show the group have worked so hard on must come to a curtain call an unexpected hero saves the dad.

This was a good book, but perhaps not my type. This book is about a boy who doesn’t really get along with his dad. Lucas goes to drama club, and the people there help to find himself.

It is a book most reccomended for those you have lost a parent. They don't know how to talk to their other parent and are extremly shy. They can't relate to their parent and their parent has sent them somewhere they don't want o go. The characters in this book are very rich.

I felt bad for Lucas, because he lost his mum, his dad doesn't listen to him and his cat, Mowgli died. I am happy that Lucas eventually finds friends and joins a drama club. He is my favourite character.
