For the first time ever Daisy isn’t looking forward to the school holidays. She’s worried about her best friend Mara, who’s ill in hospital. But then, walking her dog in the wood, Daisy spots a group of wild ponies quietly grazing. It was good Her friend loves ponies and is hurt so she gets a picture of a pony and finds out it is her enemy and makes friends.

I think this was a great book because all of the characters were really kind to each other, and how Daisy was with the pony’s was really nice.

I loved this book and would definitely recommend it. It was full of surprises and I didn't see most of the things coming. It was like an adventure reading the book. My favourite character was Daisy.

I liked this book because there were some challenges for Daisy to overcome. I also liked the pony (em/snowball) because it helped Daisy by getting someone to come and rescue her. I would recommend this book to others especially if they like horses or ponies.
