This fictional book is about Dorothy and her dog Toto who enter a magical world of Oz after a cyclone hits their town. Together, they have to defeat the Wicked Witch of the West so that they can get back home. This book is full of strange and wonderful adventures!

I really enjoyed reading this book. My favourite character in the book is Dorothy as she is very kind and helped the tin man, scarecrow and the lion on their journey.

In this book, Dorothy and her dog Toto get sucked of in a cyclone and arrived in the land of Oz. She meets the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodman and the Cowardly Lion who all accompany her to the Emerald City in the hope Oz will grant their wishes. I recommend this book to people who like compelling storylines.

I really enjoyed this story about Dorothy trying to get back home. She meets a scarecrow, tin man and a lion on her way and they all go to meet the wizard. Dorothy eventually gets back home.

Young Dorothy thinks she is lost forever when a tornado whirls her from Kansas to a magical new world.To get home she must endure on a long journey. At first she starts to enjoy it .Little does she know that the wicked witch of the west has plans for her... I would recommend this captivating book to all ages.

I enjoyed this book because it was magical, I liked the characters (apart from the Wicked Witch!). I liked the ending and I liked Dorothy's sparkly red shoes. I would recomend this book

I loved this book because Dorothy has to go on an adventure to be able to go back home. She meets a lot of new friends. She is able to kill both wicked witches. I recommend this book to my brothers.
