A TRULY WILD ADVENTURE!
Twelve-year-old Evie has a talent. She can HEAR what animals are thinking and she can TALK to them with her mind.

Soon she sees that the jungle is in serious and deadly danger, and comes up with a rather risky plan to help save it . . .
A brilliant new story from bestselling author Matt Haig, featuring Evie from Evie and the Animals and with illustrations by the award-winning Emily Gravett.

It's fiction. I found it very interesting because it's about a girl who is just like a detective and saviour.

Evie has a special talent, she can talk to animals using her mind and not using her lips!! She has been on tv shows and magazines so she is practically famous all over the world. Evie likes to think that she is not but deep down she knows that she is, every morning swarms of people come and crowd her front door but she never answers to them. Evie's dad decided that they need to get away for a holiday so they went to Peruvian rainforests. Find out how Evie gets on in the jungle. I enjoyed this book as it was filled with adventure.

I thought it was really good because of how the story was about how we need to save the planet and the forests . But it could of been a bit more fun . I liked '' AH '' the most because he is a sloth and ia a bit funny. I would recommend it for someone who loves too save the rain-forests .

I liked this book because Evie could mind chat with all the animals she met. My favourite animal was the sloth because it was asking ‘who are you’. I’m glad Evie saved the injured sloth.
