Things start to get complicated, though, when Anna gets some very unexpected guests – the mega-famous band The Nocturnal Animals! How will she keep their stay a secret while also making sure her guests don’t get kept awake by the band’s night-time practising and antics?
Then on top of this, disaster strikes! The rainy season comes early, and high winds and torrential rain lash down across the Boulevard. Can Anna save the Carnival, the band and the day?

I like this book because Anna gets to lead the parade. There is a storm and everyone has to shelter in Hotel Flamingo. The lion who is the owner of The Glitz was still outside holding on to the float, but Anna noticed and saved him.

My favourite character was Anna (the manager) and when the most famous band in the world (the nocturnal animals) come to stay in her hotel Anna has to keep her guests happy whilst trying to make a splash at the carnaval!

It was fun, creative and friendly. My favourite character was Suzy fox and ruffle the owner of the glitz.i would recommend it to kids 3 or above

I like the teamwork they put in to make a big display. Eve Koala is my favourite character because she is my favourite animal and she is cheerful. I would recommend this book to people who like hotels and animals.

I liked it because it’s about this hotel and it’s got an enemy. They help the enemy and then they play in a band. Anna helps them out and then the girl in the band gives Anna the biggest hug and they’re all really happy.

I would recommend this to someone else because it had very interesting events and told you what was happening at the time what the character was doing and what you need to do to fix it.The book always had a solution to their problem and their characters were funny and it was fiction so this is why I would recommend this book to someone else.

It was fiction. It's about 2 hotels that dont like each other but they become friends. MY favourite character was Lemy the lemur because he's funny. I would recommend it to young kids between 6 and 9.

There is a big festival at Boulevard.The owner of Hotel Flamingo competes for the festival and wins.For me it shows, you have to never give up.

I love this book. My favourite character is Anna because she is kind and helpful to all the animals. I like that Mr Ruffian was nice at the end. Mr Sweet deserves to leave. The book is fictional. I recommend this book.
