An amazing story. It is a fiction book. My favourite character in this book are Evil Empire Penguin, Eugene and Number 8. I Will recommend this book.

I love it because it's funny. My favourite part is when Evil Emperor Penguin turns into a flower. The Evil Cat makes a shrink ray and zapps Evil Emperor Penguin who falls through a grate in the floor because he is so small. The minion, Eugene, shrinks Evil Cat and himself and pushes Evil Cat down the same grate to save his boss.

I thought it was really funny. I always read it when I have the chance. I can’t wait for the next book. The only thing I would say is that I wish some of the chapters were a bit longer. Overall, it’s great!

I liked when Colin came to stay with Evil Emperor Penguin and made the giant hoover. I also liked it when they sent the evil printer to Evil Cat so they could ruin his evil plans. Flaubert and Colin were my favourite characters.
