Reviews
I think this book was quite good and set a good start for the Hunger Games series. However, I think this book was too emotional and romantic and the betrayal of the relationship at the end of the book was a negative ending and running off when given a good position as an officer was awkward

It was a prequel to the hunger games and my favourite character was Ma Plinth because she kept sending cakes.I also liked the main character snow himself. I would recommend it to people who have read the actual hunger games.

The ending seemed rushed and ruined it, but I was hooked throughout the rest.
