I loved the action in this book with the homunculus (I know you don't know what it means )but if you read the book you will see!!! I recommend this to children aged 9-11

It is a very good follow on book from the first book. I liked Pietro. Yes I would definitely recommend this book.

This was a brilliant, thrilling book full of mystery and suspense, this is the second book in the series and a brilliant read for all children, i hope you enjoy. recommended-9-13

It is a great book that builds up tension and creates a mysterious atmosphere. You should read the first book before this one though.

This book is definitely not your typical story; it has a unique sense of mystery and danger that no other books have achieved. In addition to this, the storylines are totally captivating and the whole story is written in a style unlike any other - a must read for anyone over 9.
